About The Position
Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Activities and Lifestyle Assistant to develop and promote a strong activity program for our Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care community located in Molalla, Oregon. This is a Part-Time position for approximately 20 hours/week, with a variable schedule based on employee availability and community needs. This position will primarily work with our team in the Memory Care unit of our community. Experience with this population is not required but definitely a bonus! The Lifestyle Assistant will assist with planning, implementation, and supervision of the day-to-day social, educational, recreational, spiritual, therapeutic individual and group activities, and entertainment and transportation services for the residents living at the community under the direction of the Lifestyle Director.
