Requirements

Part-Time Schedule: 9a-5p Sunday, Monday, Wednesday
Age Requirement: 18 years or older

Responsibilities

Be enthusiastic, creative, resourceful, and consistently positive
Follow a daily activity calendar designed for residents with varying physical and mental abilities
Lead a wide variety of programs including games, crafts, discussion groups, themed parties, and special performances
Encourage resident participation and foster social interaction
Adapt activities to meet individual resident needs and abilities
Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and supplies
Support a vibrant, engaging, and inclusive community environment
