Requirements
- A friendly, positive, and energetic personality
- Ability to engage with seniors in a caring way
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning activities
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in recreation, caregiving, or senior living a plus!
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead fun and meaningful activities
- Encourage residents to engage, socialize, and stay active
- Assist with outings, special events, and celebrations
- Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Work closely with the Activities Coordinator and care team
