The Activities Aide (Program Leader) will work with residents 1:1 and lead therapeutic recreation groups, including exercise, art, games, snack and coffee service, and more. The Activities Aide (Program Leader) is responsible for assisting in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing activity programs per current federal, state, and local standards. Crestwood Treatment Center in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility that provides long-term care to individuals diagnosed with an organic brain disease. Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.

Nice To Haves

  • AA or BA degree in the creative arts or an activities certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Mental Health is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work with residents 1:1
