Join Our Team as an Active Recreation Leader! ⚽🏀🏐 Do you love keeping kids active and having fun? The YMCA of Collier County is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Active Recreation Leader to inspire children through sports, games, and physical activities this summer! If you’re passionate about fitness, teamwork, and youth development, this is your chance to make a real impact. Position is located onsite at Manatee Elementary School

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, age-appropriate games, sports, and physical activities ⚽🏀
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence in campers 🏆
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and active environment at all times ✅
• Organize and maintain sports equipment and activity areas 🏐
• Track attendance, report incidents, and communicate with parents as needed
• Participate in planning sessions and submit lesson plans to your Site Supervisor
• Be a positive role model and create memorable experiences for children
