About The Position

As an Activations Sales Agent at Travel + Leisure Co., you will be responsible for making outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways but have not yet booked their locations or dates. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways.
• Assist guests in booking their vacation locations and dates.
• Utilize sales techniques to increase revenue for the department.
• Ensure tour volume for the resorts is met.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
