As an Activations Agent, you will be making outbound calls to guests who have purchased a vacation getaway but have not yet booked their location or dates. Your salesmanship and customer service techniques will be put to great use in this role as you will be helping to deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department and guarantee tour volume for the resorts. This position starts on May 30, 2025.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• 12 months minimum sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or equivalent experience required.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
• Candidates must be from the Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased a vacation getaway.
• Assist guests in booking their vacation locations and dates.
• Utilize salesmanship and customer service techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Help deliver on arrivals and increase revenue for the department.
• Guarantee tour volume for the resorts.
