We are seeking a dedicated Activations Agent to join our team at Branson Travel Group Lifetime Destinations. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding their vacation packages. This position involves verifying customers' qualifications for their selected vacation packages and upselling additional packages or tickets to enhance their overall vacation experience. You will assist customers through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring they have a seamless experience with their vacation activations. As an Activations Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support throughout the activation process. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, which is essential for tracking performance and ensuring that all customer needs are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting daily transaction data, including total revenue generated and confirmed vacation packages.
