  • Expert-level understanding of closed-loop marketing and omnichannel orchestration. Proven ability to architect solutions where CRM activities and digital triggers (email, web, social) are synchronized via a central AI/data engine.
  • Proven track record managing Veeva CRM or Salesforce Life Science Cloud suite. Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

  • Overhaul the peripheral integration ecosystem, transitioning from legacy middleware toward real-time, API-first architectures.
  • Define and enforce standards for event-driven integrations and microservices.
  • Ensure seamless data orchestration between Salesforce Data Cloud and internal/external oncology data sources (e.g., claims data, EHR integrations, specialty pharmacy feeds), prioritizing data quality, lineage, and latency.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison to Global Product teams, extending the "Global Core" baseline to meet unique U.S. regulatory and market demands.
  • Establish feedback loops that influence the global roadmap to account for U.S. Oncology’s specific technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a squad of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, agile delivery, and continuous learning.
