About The Position

The Activation & Enablement Intern will support the activation of systems, tools, and processes that enhance people, performance, and profitability across Inspire’s company-owned restaurants. This role assists in executing operational and communication strategies that prepare field leaders and restaurant teams for success. The position collaborates closely with internal partners across Inspire shared services and brand specific teams to support initiatives that drive operational excellence, engagement, and organizational health. Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate in solving problems
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and writing skills
  • Project management
  • Ability to manage against established timelines
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with Inspire teams, vendors, and internal OI departments

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support activation of key initiatives by coordinating implementation plans, timelines, and communication materials to ensure consistent execution across company-owned restaurants.
  • Assist in daily and campaign-based field communications, aligning messages from Executive Leadership and Operations Services to reinforce priorities and operational updates.
  • Support cascaded training and learning communications through period and quarterly leadership meetings, ensuring key information and readiness materials reach all operational levels.
  • Partner with the Manager, Strategic Activation and Communication to deliver projects through Asana, maintaining organization, task tracking, and visibility across work streams.
  • Champion Healthy Organization efforts by coordinating initiatives that promote engagement, recognition, and internal growth—including the ICR newsletter, career development communications, and cross functional learning opportunities
  • Communicate with the ICR teams via phone calls, remote meetings, training calls, or email
