The Activation Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of brand activation strategies aimed at enhancing consumer engagement, brand awareness, and sales. This position involves coordinating promotional activities, managing logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of activation campaigns across various channels.

  • Assist in planning and executing activation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Manage logistics for events and promotional activities, including shipping materials, setting up displays, and coordinating on-site support.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained for events.
  • Provide support during promotional activities by managing on-site logistics and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to during activations.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to align activation plans with overall brand objectives.
  • Maintain communication with venue managers and event organizers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in tracking expenses related to activation campaigns.
  • Ensure all expenditures are within the allocated budget.
  • Collect data on campaign performance and consumer feedback.
  • Prepare reports on the effectiveness of activation initiatives.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Track usage and distribution of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to activations and results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role within FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Experience in event management or trade marketing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM software/tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
