ActioNet has an opportunity for a Service Desk IT Specialist requiring a SECRET clearance in Vienna, VA. The Service Desk IT Specialist provides Tier I/II end-user IT support for Treasury's TSDN environment. Resolves incidents and requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform account administration (create, modify, reset).
  • Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support.
  • Support remote and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Active Secret clearance (T-3).
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
  • 5+ years of IT helpdesk experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
  • Experience with Active Directory account management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Desk best practices.
