This position will supervise the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Martinsville City, Henry County, and Franklin County areas. An ACT team is a self-contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses, supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful service to program participants and also functions as a practicing clinician on the team. Must be LMHP with a minimum of 3 years of experience in provision of mental health services, with valid driver's license and safe driving record. Supervisory experience is preferred. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position. Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
