The Opportunity We are seeking an Acrylic Bath Installer capable of running crews and handling a high volume of work year-round. This is steady, full-time work with room for growth and leadership. You will be responsible for professional, accurate installations according to company standards and customer expectations. We take pride in leaving homes better than we found them — and in delivering a five-star experience every time.
Requirements
- 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience
- Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and lead when necessary
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to read instructions and follow detailed processes
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays required.

- Complete quality installations in as little as one day
- Follow all installation procedures and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Represent the company with professionalism and respect in customers’ homes
- Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath systems
- Complete required paperwork and photo documentation accurately
- Maintain your installation vehicle, tools, and materials
