About The Position
Luxury Bath Tampa Bay is part of one of the fastest-growing bathroom remodeling organizations in North America. We specialize in high-quality acrylic bath and shower systems designed to deliver beautiful, low-maintenance solutions in as little as one day. We were built to raise the standard in this industry. As we continue expanding across the Tampa Bay area and surrounding territories, we are looking for strong installers and crew leaders who take pride in precision and performance. We are seeking an Acrylic Bath Installer capable of running crews and handling a high volume of work year-round. This is steady, full-time work with room for growth and leadership. You will be responsible for professional, accurate installations according to company standards and customer expectations. We take pride in leaving homes better than we found them — and in delivering a five-star experience every time.
Requirements
- 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience
- Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and lead when necessary
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to read instructions and follow detailed processes
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays required
- APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN.

- Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Remodel bathrooms efficiently using carpentry and construction trade skills
- Complete quality installations in as little as one day
- Follow all installation procedures and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Represent the company with professionalism and respect in customers’ homes
- Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath systems
- Complete required paperwork and photo documentation accurately
- Maintain your installation vehicle, tools, and materials
