About The Position
Bathroom Pros NJ specializes in 1–2 day bathroom transformations using high-quality acrylic systems. We focus on safety, style, and a 5-star customer experience. Due to growth, we’re looking for skilled installers who take pride in their work and want a long-term home with a solid, reputable company. What You’ll Do Install acrylic tub/shower systems, wall surrounds, bases, and accessories Perform tear-outs of existing tubs/showers and prepare surfaces for new installations Complete most projects in 1–2 days while maintaining top-quality workmanship Follow company installation standards, safety procedures, and job checklists Communicate professionally with customers and your project manager Keep your work area clean and respect the customer’s home as if it were your own What We’re Looking For Required: Experience in at least one of the following: Acrylic or fiberglass bath/shower installation General carpentry / remodeling Plumbing (basic connections, drain/valve work) Nice to Have (Not Required): Previous experience installing acrylic bath systems (Bathwraps, Bath Planet, Jacuzzi, Rebath, BCI, etc.) Experience working as part of a 2-person installation crew OSHA or safety certifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Professional appearance, good attitude, and great customer-service skills What We Offer Competitive pay : base + performance incentives (top installers earn $$$) Consistent, year-round work – no slow season Paid training on our specific acrylic systems and installation standards All materials ordered and delivered by the company – you focus on installing Ideal Candidate You’re the kind of person who: Treats each project like a showroom job Solves problems instead of making excuses Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to work Knows that a happy customer today means more work tomorrow Supportive office and production team that sets you up to win Growth opportunities into lead installer, trainer, or field manager roles
Requirements
- Experience in at least one of the following: Acrylic or fiberglass bath/shower installation
- General carpentry / remodeling
- Plumbing (basic connections, drain/valve work)

- Previous experience installing acrylic bath systems (Bathwraps, Bath Planet, Jacuzzi, Rebath, BCI, etc.)
- Experience working as part of a 2-person installation crew
- OSHA or safety certifications
