Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential acquisition opportunities.
- Underwriting deals and analyzing financials to assess viability.
- Managing negotiations with sellers, brokers, and partners.
- Driving each deal from initial conversation through due diligence and closing.
- Maintaining structure, momentum, and follow-through across all active deals.
