Responsibilities

• Rotate through critical areas, including Design-Build Sales, Estimating, and Energy Engineering.
• Work alongside seasoned professionals on impactful projects.
• Shadow sales executives, learn project pricing and proposal development, and build relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Discover how cost projections influence project success and learn key estimation techniques.
• Explore system design and energy efficiency strategies.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies to visualize and optimize project execution.
• Understand the end-to-end processes that drive successful projects.
• Attend educational workshops and training sessions, and gain exposure to active job sites.
• Participate in on-site walk-throughs.
