The Acquisition Support III position is concerned with Acquisition Management and provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level executives. Acquisition Management provides detail oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. They may also be involved in various administrative tasks. Acquisition Management should have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills. They will often work with or lead teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Seven (7) or more years of acquisition management support experience
  • Professional experience with DoD acquisition organizations spanning ACAT I/II to ACAT III/IV & AAPs, Projects, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways (to include Software Acquisition Pathway, Middle Tier Acquisition Pathway, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Possess or able to obtain Top Secret/SCI Clearance when supporting TS/SCI programs/projects

Nice To Haves

  • DAWIA Level I-II in program management or similiar
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • ACAT II or III Experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior-level executives.
  • Manage records, conduct business research analysis, and develop valuation strategies to support program objectives.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.
  • Apply computer, finance, and analytical skills to acquisition proces.
  • Work with or lead teams to deliver acquisition management solutions.
  • Support DoD acquisition organizations across ACAT I/II, ACAT III/IV, AAPs, Projects, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD and Navy acquisition policies and procedures.
