  • Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
  • Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline
  • Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward decision
  • Track daily activity and consistently hit monthly production goals
  • Maintain compliance with agency and state regulations
