As an Acquisition Program Strategist at ManTech International Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the United States Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Launch Systems Enterprise Directorates National Security Space Launch (NSSL) program. This position is integral to the full life cycle support of the program, where you will assist in various aspects of government acquisition processes, contract business support, and contract analysis. Your contributions will directly impact national security by ensuring that the acquisition strategies and processes are effectively developed and implemented. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, technically assessing, and updating program and project deliverables and documentation, including contract deliverables. You will create draft government acquisition strategies, requests for proposals (RFPs), and supporting documentation for government review as required. Your expertise will be essential in documenting, updating, and making recommendations for contract document submittals, which will include acquisition strategy plans, sole source Justification & Approval (J&A) memoranda, and various performance and evaluation documents. Additionally, you will integrate program/project tasks and provide technical assessments, evaluations, and recommendations for post-RFP release activities. This includes sole source fact-finding, proposal technical evaluations, negotiations, and competitive source selection specialized support. Your role will require collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and meets the necessary standards for government review and approval.
