Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 12+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations
- 10+ years of experience with project management and leadership
- 5+ years of experience with systems engineering of DoD space or ground technologies and systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work with internal and external clients within cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
- Active DoD Secret clearance
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of experience implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies
- 5+ years of experience with Agile program increment planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
- Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Master's degree
- Completion of the PMT 401 Course
