Serco is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager that shall provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) MQ-9 Pred/Reaper support as described below in execution of its acquisition management support mission. In this role, you will provide advisory support for acquisition management, program planning and integration support of aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities to AFLCMC/WIII. The general areas requiring advisory/draft documentation support by the Contractor include, but are not limited to financial management, contract management, budget analysis, protocol, and interactions with foreign military partners. You will assist in the coordination of resources (financial, management, procurement, engineering, and logistics) and the consolidation of their inputs into common documents; assist in planning for the accomplishment of various program milestones. Additionally, you will provide assistance in reference to security, technology transfer and disclosure (releasability, export licenses), risk management, project management, and logistics support. You will also assist in maintaining and updating project management documents, developing standard operating procedures, financial management, and developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
