Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) as we attempt to tackle some of the world's toughest national security challenges. As an Acquisition Process Coordinator, you will be instrumental in streamlining and optimizing the acquisition process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders. You will do all of this to support our client's groundbreaking programs, ensuring they stay on track and deliver impactful results. You will be called upon to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by applying basic principles, theories, and concepts using limited working and general industry knowledge. You will develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring more complex issues to higher levels. You will prepare and send routine correspondence and respond in a timely and professional manner via email, mail, and telephone. You'll coordinate with teammates to provide quick-turn responses to client data calls and provide additional administrative duties, as required. You'll grow your acquisition and programmatic expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each program's success. From working with your team to creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you'll help deliver meaningful programmatic support. The real impact of this Acquisition Process Coordinator role comes from clear communication to ensure the office's programs achieve their goals and meet our high-quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you'll have all the resources to succeed. This is a chance to influence meaningful programs while learning how to develop and maintain the office strategy. Work with us and help us as we improve the acquisition and programmatic process, enabling our mission-critical customers at DARPA to develop technologies that give national security leaders trusted, disruptive capabilities to win in all physical domains, including air, space, sea, and land, and across the spectrum of competition, from deterrence to high-end peer combat.
