The Acquisition Manager leads and manages strategic data and image acquisition to support title plant expansion and ongoing maintenance, ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with Property Insight and Fidelity objectives. This role involves supervising the Property Insight acquisition team, including hiring, training, performance management, and development. The manager will define and execute a national acquisition strategy that balances cost, risk, quality, and revenue opportunity, and partner with Legal to ensure compliance with state, local, and contractual requirements related to plant and image acquisition. Collaboration with Title Plant, Imaging, Sales, Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams is crucial for supporting strategic initiatives. The position also requires establishing and maintaining vendor and county relationships, managing a national inventory of acquisition sources, and developing roadmaps for acquisition process and capability improvements. Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes, implementing departmental standards, quality controls, and governance are also key. Furthermore, the Acquisition Manager will plan and prioritize projects, manage resources, anticipate future needs, develop and improve reporting and analytics, communicate initiative outcomes and risks, and analyze issues to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
