About The Position
Aro Homes is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Acquisitions Analyst to support the Acquisition Lead in evaluating residential properties. This role is pivotal in enhancing property intelligence, underwriting potential lots, and leveraging market intelligence tools to manage and expand the property pipeline. The Acquisitions Analyst will conduct advanced land use and financial evaluations, engage in due diligence activities, and ensure property feasibility and compliance while building relationships with various stakeholders.
