The Workforce Specialist's (WFS) primary role is to process correspondence received in the UI Hotline email inbox. Staff must process this paperwork and take the necessary action required based on the paperwork. In addition, staff in this position will also act on any requests from other UI units that have been sent to the UI Hotline email for action. These WFSs will also provide backup for the Front Desk workers, UI Hotline staff, Claims Processing staff, and UI Reports staff.
