About The Position
Multi State Registered Nurse for Nurse Triage License must always be kept current ER/ICU/Triage experience is preferred Participate in the After-Hours On-Call Team rotation Answer all incoming calls immediately and give correct advice Provide Post-Acute Care Outreach Assist Hospitalist's Patient Outreach Facilitate Prescription Refills Assist RN Care Management Teams with patient assessments and/or monthly follow-up calls, when needed Monitor Patients enrolled in the Patient Monitoring Program
Requirements
- Multi State Registered Nurse
- License must always be kept current
- ER/ICU/Triage experience is preferred
Responsibilities
