About The Position

The Quality Vendor Management Intern will support the Quality and Compliance team in managing and evaluating third-party vendors to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements. This internship provides hands-on experience in vendor qualification processes, audit preparation, documentation review, and performance tracking. The intern will assist in gathering and analyzing vendor data, maintaining quality records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers valuable exposure to quality systems, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Student enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Review vendor files
  • Upload vendor files from shared file into one trust
  • Work with loading information into SharePoint
  • Assist with various projects in relation to vendor management
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
