About The Position

The Data Privacy Intern, as a member of the Corporate Quality department at ACM will gain insight into how data structures are a value add in quality systems, how data privacy is structured within a professional environment, and the interworking of cross-functional communication within a clinical trials organization.

Requirements

• Student Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Must reside in Rochester, NY or commutable distance to site.

Responsibilities

• Complete ROPA (Record of Processing Activities) elements in OneTrust.
• Review legal agreements and pull out certain elements.
• Help draft questionnaires.
• Help draft Data Privacy Frameworks & Application.
• Assist with developing a privacy training plan.
• Assist with Privacy week planning.
• Help organize and keep up on current changes in privacy laws via West Law or OneTrust.
