Company Name: YUPRO PlacementJob DescriptionACH Operations AnalystThis is a contract opportunity.This is an onsite opportunity located in Johnston, RI. About this PositionWe’re seeking an ACH Operations Analyst to support the daily automated clearing house (ACH) origination and receipt processes. This role will be responsible for facilitating the transmission of files from originators and the clearing house. The Analyst will provide administrative support for both ODFI (Origination Depository Financial Institution) and RDFI (Receiving Depository Financial Institution) functions. The department operates in a fast-paced environment with strict SLAs tied to NACHA, requiring accuracy and attention to detail.In this role, you will be expected to support the team in meeting daily and monthly deadlines while providing phone and email support to both corporate customers and internal teams. A strong focus on customer service, time management, and a customer-centric mindset are crucial.Job Responsibilities• Primarily responsible for tasks related to the Receiving Depository Functions (RDFI).• Provide direct phone and email support for ACH operations, assisting corporate customers and internal staff.• Research and resolve internal and external ACH account inquiries.• Perform routine departmental responsibilities and activities.• Support the team in meeting deadlines and other required duties as assigned.• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and departmental procedures.• Maintain strong time management skills and prioritize tasks effectively.• Train on more complex functions related to ACH Origination.Job Skills/Requirements• 3-5 years of Financial Operations experience.• Strong system and product knowledge desired.• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Speed and accuracy using a keyboard.• Proficient in MS Office Outlook.• Customer-centric mindset and a professional approach to interactions.Additional Information• Full-time role, 40 hours per week• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMPay/Salary Range• $20-22/hrYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
