About The Position

This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Must have the ability to travel to our locations in East Petersburg. PA and Lancaster, PA. Lead strategic and day to day operations in the ACH area to include ACH Originations, ACH Exceptions/Risk Management. Ensure optimal processing processes and technology solutions that provide a high level of quality, and delivery to our company's Consumer and Commercial Customers. Lead continuous improvement practices for new and existing processing protocols. Maintain communications with management, staff, and third party partners associated with service levels, changes and business priorities. Ensure compliance and risk management for all ACH transactions and processes. Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring and development of management, and employees to drive employee engagement, overall job satisfaction and achievement of business initiatives. Develop employee Establish and monitor processes, policies and procedures in consideration with regulatory and network requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or other applicable. (Required)
  • 10 or more years Supervisory experience in Bank Operations. (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • 5 or more years ACH Processing. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Direct operations of all support functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency and effectiveness including but not limited to customer support, operations, risk and compliance
  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall operational strategy for the business unit, evaluate workflow, create and drive alternative process approaches, and evaluate to discover opportunities for increased efficiencies
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, lead and manage a high performing team that supports the overall growth and customer experience for the company, provide guidance and coaching to subordinate managers regarding employee management and development, review and approve recommended employee actions and partner with Human Resources to resolve employment related matters
