HCA Healthcare is looking for an Assistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) of Practice Operations for our MidAmerica Division. This position serves as the Division's Financial Leader and Strategic Partner for the Physician Operation's Leadership team, interpreting financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement. The ACFO will oversee the Director of Revenue, Assistant Controller, and Financial Analysts, and will be responsible for creating and validating proformas related to acquisitions, provider recruitment, and new program development. The role includes providing strategic guidance for projections, forecasting, and budgeting.
