About The Position

In this role, you will provide personalized Face-2-Face® training to Acelis Connected Health's home testing customers on obtaining a finger stick blood sample, operating the PT/INR products, and understanding reporting responsibilities. The position of trainer is per-diem and state/city specific, meaning that the job may vary based on location and is not a full-time commitment. This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for remotely setting up training appointments directly with customers or caregivers. You will travel to the customer's home setting within your general geographic location to provide hands-on training. This includes demonstrating and instructing the customer and/or their caregiver on the proper use and care of the PT/INR equipment, explaining test reporting options, and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the training process. Accurate documentation and submission of patient training records are essential, as is maintaining communication with Acelis Connected Health through various channels such as cell phone, email, and internet access. You will also be required to utilize secure encrypted email to communicate any information that includes customers' Protected Health Information (PHI). Reliable transportation is a must, as travel is a significant part of this role.
