About The Position
Core Responsibilities: Managing and directing up to 20 employees Managing budgets pertaining to sales, labor, inventory, and overall profitability of the store Overseeing Human Resource functions including hiring, performance management, disciplinary action, and employee recognition Purchasing, receiving, and managing overall inventory actions Providing oversight of merchandising of the store including sales ads and daily promotions
