The Ace Foundation Donor Relations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all donation processing, reconciliation and reporting in partnership with FP&A team - equaling over $20M annually. This position will also provide analysis of program financial results, identify financial trends and provide insights to drive strategic decisions made by members of the Foundation team. In addition, this position will lead the payroll deduction program for all Ace Hardware employees enterprise-wide (Corp, Field, EJD, ARH, RSC, AHHS, AHS). Finally, this position will assist with all Foundation vendor events including communication, detailed budgets, signage creation and other event planning needs.
