BCBST is hiring an Account Executive for Large Group Sales! We are looking for a relationship-driven professional with a passion for building trusted client partnerships and solving complex business challenges. As a Large Group Account Manager in the Central Region, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to key clients, focused on retention, growth, and long-term success. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions aligned to each client’s unique needs. This includes navigating managed care products, underwriting considerations, and alternative funding strategies, while serving as a consistent, credible point of contact for large group customers. Success in this role means earning client trust, anticipating needs, and proactively delivering value in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong relationship management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable solutions. A Tennessee Life and Health License is required to effectively support and advise your client portfolio.
