About The Position
This position is responsible for the facilitation of the accreditation continuous survey readiness plan, including support of on-site surveys, scheduled and unscheduled. The position collaborates with departmental leadership to respond to accreditation and survey-related inquiries from entities such as The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), and other specialty accrediting/certifying bodies as assigned. The position utilizes a variety of tools, including online sites, to assist the organization to maintain survey readiness and respond to requests from regulatory/accrediting/certifying bodies.
