Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and accounting skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role.
- Must be dependable, accurate, and able to take direction, stay on task, and have a positive attitude and demeanor.
- CDK software and Excel knowledge are required.
- Must be 18 years or older, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Verifying authorization for all purchases.
- Posting of all payable invoices as well as factory invoices.
- Posting ACH debits through EIV and recording payments through Nvoice Pay.
- Work with Vendors and dealership management teams to reconcile invoices.
- Complete on-demand check requests, and update and maintain vendor W9 binders.
- Other related functions that may arise.
