Accounts Receivable Representative, Accounts Receivable Team member is responsible to be the expert in AR for the company and communicate with admin when systems and timelines are not being followed. The team member's focuses will be to provide training and research to admin to grow our team's knowledge of AR systems and efficiencies while holding accountability of offices for following those systems. With more than 1,800 supported dental offices across 39 states and the District of Columbia, over 20,000 team members and over 3,000 supported doctors, Heartland Dental has a proven track record of growth and success. We're looking for professional individuals who are open, positive and mentally flexible to join our network of support. This individual will work independently, but also as part of a dynamic team within the Accounts Receivable Department to meet company goals. To give you an idea of team structure, this individual will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
