Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and apply incoming payments, ensuring proper reconciliation of accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate and distribute invoices, track outstanding balances, and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments while maintaining positive relationships.
• Update and manage customer accounts, prepare aging reports, and assist with month-end closing to support financial accuracy and reporting.
