About The Position

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in an accounting function or relevant degree
Attention to detail is critical in this role and errors must be minimal and inconsequential
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have excellent mathematical skills

Responsibilities

Receiving payments and posting amount paid to customer account
Processing credit card payments and daily faxed or emailed check deposits
Calculating group payment amounts and initiates group payments to corporate.
Processing daily remote deposit
Maintaining customer records and documentation
Maintaining positive customer relationships through constant communication and timely responses
Creating and/or maintaining files, documentation and procedures thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Assisting with special projects including annual audit and tax requests, as necessary
