Position Summary: This role will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Accounting department. This role will provide various general accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of previous AP / accounting experience desired
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and appropriately follow up on outstanding tasks
• Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor

Responsibilities

• Enters and verifies the accuracy of invoices, accounting documents, and records
• Assists and manages job costing for multiple locations
• Performs the day to day management of the payment cycle
• Creates and records journal entries
• Reconciles assigned accounts
• Assists with Month-End close processes
• Assists with reporting as necessary
• Ability to meet payable deadlines through organization and company processes
