  • Prints checks and processes manual check requests
  • Balances check registers monthly
  • Ensures proper sales tax is applied
  • Verifies proper address and 1099 information is in Colleague
  • Researches problems with invoices and/or purchase orders and answers all vendor inquiries by e-mail and phone
  • Copies blanket purchase orders
  • Maintains the Capturis system and prepares journal entries for wire payments to Capturis.
  • Associate degree in Accounting or a Business-related field
  • Three years experience in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.
