About The Position
The Accounts Payable Team Lead position at InnoSource offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to lead a team within a Fortune 500 corporate environment. This role is designed for individuals who are not only skilled in accounts payable processes but also possess the leadership qualities necessary to guide and develop a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable functions effectively and efficiently, ensuring that the department meets its objectives and fulfills customer needs. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the accounts payable team, ensuring timely processing of invoices, and maintaining accurate records. In this role, the Accounts Payable Team Lead will also be tasked with researching and recommending new tools, ideas, and technologies that can enhance existing processes. The goal is to improve efficiency and meet the increasing demands of the business. Additionally, the Team Lead will play a crucial role in developing associates by sharing knowledge about accounts payable, intercompany operations, and the overall business needs. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyze issues to determine effective solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and will be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail. This temporary position is expected to last until late February 2025, offering a hybrid work schedule that includes both in-office and remote work options. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a balanced work-life environment.
