About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail and robust ERP experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in invoice processing and invoicing.
• Experience with ERP systems that are more robust than Quickbooks.
• Strong skills in accounting and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process over 100 invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize an ERP system more robust than Quickbooks, specific to the chemical industry, to manage accounts payable functions.
• Conduct invoice processing and ensure timely invoicing.
• Perform way match to verify invoice details.
• Demonstrate strong accounts payable experience to handle various accounting tasks.
• Accurately enter data into accounting systems.
