About The Position

As the Accounts Payable Specialist (Internally known as Big $pender) you will provide accounts payable support to the entirety of the Accounting department. Using an electronic system, your primary responsibility is processing vendor invoices and payments. As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you should be a multi-tasking, data-entry guru with a desire to problem solve (all while having a great attention to detail). Requirements

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Attention to detail
• Master of time management: enjoy prioritizing, organizing, and planning to meet all deadlines
• All-star communicator & proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different segments across the business
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Quality, high speed internet connection at home

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP

• Process multiple vendor invoices in a high volume, fast paced, evolving environment
• Utilize electronic systems for data entry, filing, and processing
