JOB FUNCTION / DESCRIPTION: The Mor Furniture for Less Accounts Payable department is responsible for processing and administering all phases of accounts payable. They work with vendors and management to ensure payments are made in an accurate and timely manner. This is a full-time position.

  • Receive/review/process all necessary paperwork.
  • Process and review a large volume of purchase orders and invoices
  • Accurately enter data into accounting software
  • Professionally communicate with vendor and management
  • Month and Year end closing reports as assigned
  • Assisting in the day-to-day functions of the AP department.
  • Minimum be 18 years or older
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 10 key proficient
