About The Position

Join a logistics team where your accounting skills directly support our financial success! We're looking for an energetic Accounts Payable Coordinator who's ready to collaborate across teams and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in accounts payable, or accounting support
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics GP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain vendor files and AP journal.
  • Handle approximately 850 vendor invoices (per month), purchase order matching, and invoice distribution for approvals.
  • Receive approved invoices and verify expense allocations.
  • Process, verify, and post invoices in the AP journal.
  • Process reimbursement payments to employees and approximately 300 vendor payments (per month).
  • Communicate with managers and vendors on invoices and payment questions.
  • Assist with vendor inquiries and monthly statement reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Cross-train and support the accounting team as needed
