Requirements

• Familiarity with real estate property/facilities management industry is desirable
• Ability to work with accounting software and digital tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• High level of organisation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred
• Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable
• Accurately code invoices and ensure they match with purchase orders and receipts
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records using Realpage software
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize basic Excel skills for data entry and analysis
• Ensure all financial data is processed and recorded accurately.
